well,
Jojo got caught charged for possession of marijuana,
attempted reckless endangerment & resisting arrest.
he was seen buying the marijuana, rolling it,
and smoking it in a car on Manhatten's upper west side.
he tried to get away by putting his car in reverse and almost backed into the officers car.
